Is there a minimum commitment?
For Contingent Hiring there is no minimum. You pay only when you hire. For Embedded Hiring we typically start with a 3-month engagement to ensure strong results and give the recruiter time to deeply understand your culture and hiring bar.
What happens if the hire doesn't work out?
All placements include our 90-day replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is let go for performance reasons within 90 days we run a full replacement search at no additional placement fee. The activation fee applies to the replacement search.
