Standard Conditions — Recruitment Services

These standard conditions govern the relationship between CareerLATAM and any individual Candidate who engages with our recruitment services. By submitting your details to CareerLATAM you agree to these conditions.

1. Our Role

CareerLATAM operates as an executive search and employment agency. All recruitment services we provide are subject to the conditions set out on this page.

2. Candidate Registration

Upon receiving your complete and accurate curriculum vitae and personal details CareerLATAM will at its sole discretion search for suitable employment opportunities on your behalf with our client companies.

3. Identity Verification

Before any work-finding services are provided you will be required to provide satisfactory evidence of your identity. This may include a government-issued ID or passport copy.

4. References and Qualifications

You agree to provide CareerLATAM with updated copies of relevant qualifications and the names of at least two professional references whom CareerLATAM may contact at any time for the purpose of obtaining references about you.

5. Disclosure of Information

You consent to CareerLATAM sharing your relevant information including qualifications work history authorizations and references with prospective client companies where this is reasonably required to progress your application. We will only share your information with your consent and for the purpose of finding you a suitable position.

6. Conflict of Interest

You agree to immediately inform CareerLATAM if any circumstance arises that could make it detrimental — to you to CareerLATAM or to a prospective employer — for you to take up a particular position.

7. No Guarantee of Placement

CareerLATAM makes no guarantee that we will find employment for you. We will make reasonable efforts on your behalf but placement depends on the requirements of our client companies and the availability of suitable roles.

8. Candidate Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that is detrimental to the interests of CareerLATAM that could negatively affect our relationship with client companies or that could bring CareerLATAM into disrepute. This includes misrepresenting your qualifications experience or availability.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the recruitment services provided by CareerLATAM you have the right to submit your complaint in writing to our management team at hello@careerlatam.com. We will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

10. Offer of Employment

If following an introduction by CareerLATAM you receive an offer of employment or engagement from a client company you agree to inform CareerLATAM immediately and provide full details of the offer including a copy of the offer letter or contract if requested.

11. Offer Confirmation

An offer of employment is not considered confirmed until written details have been received from the client company. CareerLATAM accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by a candidate who resigns from current employment before receiving written confirmation of an offer.

12. Data Protection

CareerLATAM collects and processes your personal data solely for the purpose of providing recruitment services as described in these conditions. For full details of how we collect use store and protect your personal data please refer to our Privacy Policy at careerlatam.com/privacy-policy.

13. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California United States. Any disputes arising from these conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of San Francisco California.
